Terms and Conditions: Value Builder Assessment & Strategy Session
By purchasing the Value Builder Assessment and Deep Dive Session, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Service
This one-time service includes:

Access to the Value Builder Assessment questionnaire.

A comprehensive summary report based on your inputs.

A 90-minute, 1-to-1 deep dive session to review results and discuss potential improvements.
2. No Professional Advice or Guarantee
I am here to provide insight and coaching, not legal, financial, or tax advice. Think of me as a strategic partner, not a fiduciary.

Your Responsibility: Any decisions you make or actions you take (or choose not to take) following our session are yours alone.

No Guarantees: While the Value Builder system is designed to highlight growth opportunities, I cannot guarantee specific financial results, a specific business valuation, or future sales. The success or failure of your business are fully your responsibility.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I (and my business) will not be held liable for any damages—financial or otherwise—arising from your participation in this assessment or the implementation of suggestions discussed during our session. My total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for this specific service ($197).
4. Credit Toward Full Coaching
I’m invested in your long-term success. If you decide to enroll in my 12-month Private 1-to-1 Coaching Program within 30 days of completing the assessment questionnaire, I will apply your $197 assessment fee as a credit toward your first month’s coaching investment.
5. Accuracy of Information
The quality of the report depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you provide. I do not audit or verify the information you enter into the assessment questionnaire.
